Our goal isn’t just to help you achieve your potential. It’s to activate your potential. Career Skills Center is being built to prepare committed adults for rewarding careers through practical, job-focused training and real support.
Employers today expect more than technical skill. They look for discipline, integrity, teamwork and professionalism. We intend to build those habits alongside the skills themselves.
It is better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one than to have an opportunity and not be prepared.

What we’re building
Three ways we help
Career Skills Center is a new company, and we’re building in three directions:
- Clear funding guidance. We explain how funding like WIOA and the state Express Program works, so workers and employers understand their options and where to go.
- Training for employers and apprenticeships. We provide training for employer teams and support Registered Apprenticeships. Eligible employers can be reimbursed for training through the state — they apply directly; we deliver the training.
- Corporate training. As we grow, we’re building training that companies can bring to their teams, funded or self-paid.
Career Skills Center plans to offer training in healthcare, IT and the skilled trades. Get updates when we launch.

Founded in Quincy
Career Skills Center is based in Quincy, Massachusetts. We started it because too many capable people never get a fair shot at good training — either they can’t find the funding or no one explains how it works.
